캐나다대학생 선호직장 [Canadian Student Hopeful Jobs]

캐나다 대학생들이 선호하는 근무처 또는 직장을 조사한 MacLean's 맥클린의 2019년판 보고서에 의하면 미국중심의 국제기업과 캐나다정부관련 기관 취업처가 대부분인 것을 알수 있습니다. 이는 다른 말로 하자면, 캐나다 내에서는 자국중심의 기업가와 직장이 매우 미미하다는 점을 반증하는 것이라 할수 있습니다.

 

     문서화하여 공식적으로 발표하고 있지는 않으나, 캐나다의 정부관련직 취업자 또는 고위직 공무원들의 대다수까지도 거의 파트타임으로 업무를 담당하며 시간당 급료체계에 따라 지급받고 있습니다. 따라서 한국인으로서 캐나다 이민생활을 설계하고 있거나 정착하고자 할때에는 한국의 공무원이나 직장상황과 매우 다른 현실을 직면하게 될 것이라는 점을 참고해야만 하겠습니다.
