The person serving in the TaLK program is receiving 1,500,000 Korean Won (in exchange rates as of October 2018, about US$1,340/ CAD$1,720) a month plus accommodation (400,000 Korean Won/ US$360/ CAD$460 a month) and teaching 15 hours a week.
The person after participating 1 year in the TaLK will be eligible for submitting an application for EPIK with a bachelor's degree.
